Chandra Williams is an accomplished business consultant and project manager based in Nashville, TN, with a proven track record in economic development and organizational management. Holding a B.S. in Information Systems from Louisiana State University and graduate of the Economic Development Institute at Oklahoma University, Chandra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Strategic Location Advisors as Senior Consultant.

Chandra's previous experience includes her role as Director of Business Retention and Expansion at the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. In this role, she connected with hundreds of companies annually to understand the specific needs and concerns of existing businesses, facilitated business expansions, and reported data analytics that drove policy initiatives. Her efforts led to the retention and creation of jobs and capital investment, as well as successful navigation of site-selection and local incentive processes for businesses.

Additionally, Chandra held roles at the Louisiana Department of Economic Development (LED), where she supported the Business Development team in coordinating key projects and marketing missions. Her ability to develop compelling value propositions and manage complex projects was instrumental in attracting and retaining businesses for the state.

Chandra has successfully operated as an independent business consultant through her company, Craft Lab LLC. She conducted comprehensive organizational analyses, implemented financial and project management systems, and developed strategic plans with measurable metrics.
